I recently joined the ![[info]](http://l-stat.livejournal.com/img/community.gif) liberal community. It has managed to produce annoyances pretty much every time I've read thru it. Today I replied to a comment for the first time. The reply to my reply?
go join a furry commune, pussy.
I have concluded "Your wit astounds" or even asking him if he's referring to a commune of people who like their body hair or one in which a certain fetish is involved and if he himself is onesuch is taking this way too seriously. I mean c'mon, if you're trying to get a rise out of people, ya gotta do better than that . . .
This was in response to me saying:
"He's saying he thinks women who dress in ways he thinks are "provocative" can't be raped. Then he's trying to claim he isn't really a pro-rape misogynist asswipe whose absence would make the world a better place by implying this is some sort of joke (not realizing that making such jokes *still* makes him a pro-rape misogynist asswipe), and that those of us who think he is himself a walking argument for greater use of abortion lack a sense of humor."
This was in a thread on reproductive freedom that got hijacked by trolls, I think. Then again, nearly every thread in that community seems made up of mostly trolls. At least I hope they're trolls and not thinking they are making sound arguments.
